USACD is an omnichannel marketing agency specializing in pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. I spent 8 months as an in-house designer working on a dedicated team for MSD, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies.
This wasn't startup chaos—it was the opposite. Regulated environments, compliance requirements, strict approval workflows. Every design decision had to serve business goals while meeting legal and regulatory standards.
What I learned: how to design under the hardest constraints, how to move fast without cutting corners, and why working in healthcare teaches you things no startup can.
